Wow! North Dallas showed up! Our first Line Dancing Mixer of the Summer on July 7, 2023, SOLD OUT, which means we had to bring you another one! 

RSVP for an empowering and fun evening of dancing and networking at our second Line Dancing Mixer of the summer with Shake Body Dance Fitness Instructor Cassie-Cass! Learn (or perfect) the "Can't Get Enough" line dance (Tamia song), as well as other line and cardio dances that were not taught at the first event! Enjoy refreshments, giveaways, tours, photos, and more! 

FAQs:

Address? Our address is 2611 Westgrove Dr., Ste. 107, Carrollton, TX.

Parking? Park for free in the lot at the corner of Westgrove & Sojourn. You will also enter the building from here.

Event Time? The event is from 7:00pm - 9:00pm, and all guests must RSVP to attend.

Early Arrivals? Feel free to come as early as 6:45pm.

Attire? You can come dressed in regular clothes, but we recommend workout clothes due to the cardio dances that will be taught. Restrooms are available if you would like to change clothes.

What to Bring? Beverages (water, juice, etc.) are provided and you are welcome to bring your own beverages of your choice.

A Message from Your Dance Instructor:

Hello everyone! My name is Cassandra (aka) Cassie-Cass. Dancing has been a passion of mine since I was a child and professionally as a fitness instructor. I fell in love with teaching Zumba and have been doing so since 2010 in the Dallas area. My energy, creativity and love for dancing wouldn't allow me to limit myself to teaching one particular style of dance, so I decided to create my own dance cardio, Shake Body Dance Fitness. Shake Body Dance Fitness is a diverse dance workout that includes Hip-Hop, Salsa, Afrobeat, Merengue, and Cumbia. Shake Body Dance Fitness is a high and low dance cardio, where the average calories burned range from 300-1000 calories per session.
